Project 2024 Professional is the perpetual, standalone release of the application for Windows. It installs on one PC, activates with a product key and runs without a subscription. This listing is a genuine retail license.

How to download Project 2024 Professional

Go to Microsoft’s official setup page at office.com/setup and sign in with the Microsoft account the license should belong to. Create one first if you do not have an account.

Uninstall any existing version first. Running two Office-family releases side by side on one PC causes activation errors and file-association problems.
Run the installer and let it finish.
Open one of the applications from the Start menu.
Accept the Microsoft license terms when they appear.
Activation completes automatically if the key was redeemed to your account. If you are asked to sign in, use that same account.
Confirm it worked: go to File → Account and check that Product Information reports the product as activated.
