Choosing your software
Which Microsoft Office edition should I choose?
Start with your device and the apps you need. Compare Windows and Mac compatibility, whether Outlook or Access is included, the permitted device count and the license terms. Browse Microsoft Office editions or ask us before buying.
Is Office a one-time purchase or a subscription?
A perpetual Office edition is a one-time purchase for that version. Microsoft 365 is a subscription. A perpetual license does not include every future Office release, unlimited devices or indefinite Microsoft support. Check the exact product listing before ordering.
Does Office 2024 include Publisher, Visio or Project?
Publisher is not included in Office LTSC 2024. Visio and Project are separate products, rather than standard Office suite apps. For those tools, browse Office applications.
Can I upgrade Windows 11 Home to Pro with a product key?
The key must support your upgrade scenario. Check that your current Windows 11 Home installation is activated before buying, then review the requirements on the Home to Pro upgrade listing. A Pro key does not remove hardware requirements.
Can a license be used on more than one computer?
Only when the purchased license terms permit it. Follow the device allowance stated for the exact product. A multi-device bundle does not mean one key can be reused without restriction. For business deployments, confirm the licensing channel and entitlement before ordering.
Delivery and installation
How will I receive my order?
Software orders are delivered digitally to the email address entered at checkout. Your delivery email contains the supplied key and installation instructions. Review the timeframe on the product page and our digital delivery policy. No physical parcel is required for a digital product.
What should I do if the delivery email is missing?
Check your spam and junk folders and confirm the email address on your order. If the stated delivery window has passed, contact service@vaneyo.com with your order number. Do not place a duplicate order just because an email is delayed.
Where should I download the software?
Use the official Microsoft download or deployment route appropriate to your purchased edition and the instructions supplied with your order. A retail installer may not match a volume-license edition. Avoid unofficial activation tools; contact support if the download instructions are unclear.
Do I need an internet connection or Microsoft account?
Requirements vary by product and licensing channel. Internet access is typically needed for downloads and activation; some editions also require a Microsoft account. Check the listing and instructions for your exact edition before purchase.
Licensing and support
What is the difference between a product key and a license?
A product key is a code used for activation. The license defines your rights to install and use the software. Successful activation alone does not describe the licensing channel, transfer rights or business-use entitlement. Keep your order confirmation and relevant license documentation.
Can I transfer my license to a new PC?
Transfer rights depend on the license terms and channel. Do not assume every key is transferable or that replacing a motherboard preserves activation. Before changing devices, check your license documentation and contact support.
What should I send if activation fails?
Send your order number, installed product version and edition, and the exact error code to service@vaneyo.com. You may include a screenshot with personal details and the full product key hidden. We can help check whether the installation matches your purchase and identify the next steps.
Does a perpetual license mean lifetime security updates?
No. License duration and Microsoft support are separate. Windows 10 standard support ended on October 14, 2025; special servicing editions and Extended Security Updates have separate conditions. Check the current Microsoft lifecycle for your exact product before choosing older software.
Payment, refunds and contact
Which payment methods can I use?
Available methods are shown at checkout. Review the payment policy and the final total before placing your order. Use a contact email you can access so you can receive the order and delivery messages.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Contact us promptly with your order number. Our Refund & Return Policy describes the 30-day change-of-mind period for unused digital purchases, the Non-Use Declaration and conditions for products that have been installed or activated. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products are considered separately; statutory rights are not excluded. Read the full conditions before purchase; this FAQ does not replace the policy.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM (GMT−05:00). You can email service@vaneyo.com or send a contact form request at any time. Requests are handled during these hours; email submission is not a promise of an immediate reply.
How can I get help choosing software?
Use our Contact Us page or email service@vaneyo.com. Tell us your device, operating system, required apps and number of users or devices. For server software, include the licensing requirements of your deployment.
