At Vaneyo Technology, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that your experience purchasing software licenses is smooth and hassle-free. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund and return policy is subject to certain conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Incompatible Software: If you accidentally purchased the wrong software version or the software is incompatible with your system, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

  • Non-Delivery of Software: If you did not receive your product key or software license after purchase and payment was successfully processed, we will investigate the issue and issue a refund or provide a new product key, as appropriate.

  • Software Failure to Activate: If you have followed the manufacturer’s installation and activation instructions and are unable to activate the software, we will assist in resolving the issue or offer a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will only be processed if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date and you have not used or activated the software.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Opened or Activated Software: Once the software product key has been activated, it is considered used, and refunds are not available.

  • Purchased in Error: If you purchase the wrong software or an unnecessary product and it has already been delivered or activated, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Third-Party Software: If the software is a third-party product (not sold directly by Vaneyo Technology) and the issue is related to that third-party software’s functionality or support, we recommend contacting the software manufacturer directly for support and potential returns.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@vaneyo.com with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Refund

  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will respond to your request within 5-7 business days and will assist you in processing the refund or resolving the issue.

4. Return of Software Licenses

Since the software licenses we sell are digital and provided electronically (via email or download), we do not require the return of physical products. The software license or product key must not be activated or used before requesting a return.

In cases where a refund is issued, you agree to uninstall and stop using the software, and delete any copies of the software that have been installed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for software licenses. If you need a different version or product, please follow our refund process and place a new order for the desired software.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to our standard refund and return policy at our sole discretion based on the specific circumstances of the case. Any exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after it has been processed.
